Knowledge of FCFCOA practice, procedures and rules

Ability to work independently and autonomously with a strong work ethic

High level of attention to detail

Precision and accuracy in the management of deadlines

Experience appearing in FCFCOA and mediations

Experience drafting court documents

Hold a current QLD Practising Certificate

Financial Separation Proceedings

Divorce Applications

Financial Agreements/Consent Orders
