About the role

In this role, your duties as a Real Estate Sales Associate will include but not be limited to:

identifying new business opportunities

developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients

following up with buyers and communicating with vendors

meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently

attending team meetings and training sessions

maintaining a supportive and collaborative work environment with peers.

What we're looking for

Current Australian working rights essential

Min. 2 years Real Estate Sales Associate experience or similar

Current Real Estate License (or in process of obtaining)

Relevant Real Estate Sales Representative course completion

Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
