Receptionist – Corporate Front of House | Canberra

Are you polished, professional, and naturally poised under pressure? We’re seeking a standout front-of-house professional to represent a leading Canberra-based firm known for its excellence, discretion, and high-level clientele.

This role is the heartbeat of the office. You’ll be responsible for creating a seamless and welcoming experience for both clients and internal stakeholders. From greeting distinguished visitors to preparing premium refreshments, coordinating meeting spaces, and maintaining a pristine reception area, your focus will be on delivering service that is both intuitive and impeccable.

About You:

• You have clear, proven experience in a high-end, client-facing reception or front-of-house role.
• You understand the importance of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion in every interaction.
• Your presentation is second to none – sharp, refined, and always appropriate for a corporate environment.
• You are confident managing a steady flow of meetings, calls, client arrivals, and administrative support with grace and efficiency.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (strictly required).
