Our brand-new club is about to open, and we’re looking for multiple driven Sales Consultants to help us launch the pre-sale phase. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something exciting from the ground up, contributing to the success of our brand new facility.

The organisation:

We are a newly established, one-stop destination for all things fitness, offering spacious free weights and cardio areas, reformer Pilates, group classes, wellness amenities, and a basketball court all in one comprehensive service.

The Role:

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Proactively generating and nurturing leads through a range of different channels.
• Booking appointments, coordinating gym tours and communicating membership promotions/pricing options to potential members.
• Accurately recording and processing information on our CRM regarding sales and members.
• Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing members and providing exceptional customer service.
• Responding promptly to member inquiries via email, SMS or in club.
• Working closely with Club Manager to execute sales and promotions in club, whilst providing feedback to help refine strategies.
• Ensuring club safety, maintenance, cleanliness and stock levels are up to standard.

Personal skills & attributes:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales or customer facing role.
• Basic knowledge on gym equipment + amenities is a must.
• A genuine passion for fitness and a desire to help individuals from diverse backgrounds kickstart their fitness journey.
• Adaptable and thrives in fast-paced environments, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to adapt to varying demands.
• Proactive and driven, with a strong ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
