About the Position:

We are seeking Corporate & Commercial Lawyer with 2–4 years PAE to join their growing team. This role involves advising a diverse client base on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including:

Business structuring, mergers & acquisitions, and shareholder agreements

Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts

Corporate governance and regulatory compliance

Commercial disputes and risk management

Advising on business sales, franchising, and intellectual property

This role offers direct client engagement, complex legal work, and opportunities to develop your expertise in a supportive and growing firm.

Key Requirements:

2–4 years PAE in corporate or commercial law

Strong drafting, negotiation, and client advisory skills

Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines

Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

A team player with excellent communication skills
