Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Design, develop, and configure Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions to align with client needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve support requests related to the Complaints Management function.
• Lead workshops, product demonstrations, and end-user training sessions.
• Develop comprehensive functional specifications and work with the technical team on customisations.
• Provide post-implementation support and guidance to ensure successful adoption and optimal system use.

Required Skills & Experience

• Demonstrable experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Online
• In-depth knowledge of CRM processes, workflows, and Power Platform capabilities.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps and custom connectors.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Good understanding of CRM processes and data models.
• Experience with integrations using REST APIs and Azure services.
• Ability to write technical documentation and contribute to solution design.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
