My client is a NSW Government Agency who is currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Dynamics 365 Low-Code Developer to join their team for an iniital 3 month period. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environment using the Microsoft Power Platform. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage the power of low-code to drive business efficiency and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven).
• Automate business processes using Power Automate.
• Create and manage data models and entities within the Dataverse.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Microsoft Ajax (B-B, B-C) - will be using this as part of the new Case Management System (CMS) Project
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with other systems using connectors and potentially custom APIs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest features and capabilities of the Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for developed solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience developing solutions within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules (e.g., Sales, Service, Marketing).
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with JavaScript or other scripting languages for extending the Power Platform.
• Familiarity with Azure services.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
