About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Receptionist/Manager to join our growing dental practice in Richmond, NSW. This full-time role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our dental office, providing exceptional customer service to our patients, and supporting the dental team. What you'll be doing

Coordinating patient appointments and managing the practice's schedule

Help create a warm and welcoming environment for patients

Greeting patients and ensuring a positive customer experience

Handling patient inquiries, billing, and insurance claims

Maintaining accurate patient records and administrative files

Ordering and managing office supplies and equipment

Assisting the dental team with various administrative tasks as needed

Supervising and training other front office staff

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental office .

Strong team player

Strong customer service and communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Proficiency in using dental practice management software and Microsoft Office suite

Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance billing

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
