Key Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction and Front Desk Daily Activities:
Welcome patients in a friendly, professional manner.
Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries.
Schedule and manage patient appointments using D4W dental management software.
Ensure all patient information is recorded accurately and kept confidential.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain and update patient records.
Handle billing, process payments, and manage insurance claims.
Assist with daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office correspondence.
Patient Care Coordination:
Confirm appointments and follow up with patients regarding upcoming visits or treatment plans.
Provide patients with information regarding treatments, costs, and practice policies.
Assist in explaining payment plans' benefits and managing any payment-related concerns.
Collaboration with Clinical Team:
Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and other dental staff to ensure a smooth workflow.
Communicate patient needs or changes in appointments to the clinical team.
Office and Waiting Area Maintenance:
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional at all times.
Monitor patient waiting times and communicate any delays.
