Dental Receptionist – Fast-Paced Practice

Are you an experienced Dental Receptionist looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment? Our well-established dental practice is seeking a highly organized and professional individual to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a 9-days-a-fortnight position with no weekend work. You will be responsible for managing two appointment books—one for a general dentist and another for a prosthodontist—ensuring smooth scheduling and efficient patient flow.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage and coordinate two appointment books.

Provide exceptional patient service, both in person and over the phone.

Handle administrative tasks, including patient records and billing.

Process health fund claims via HiCAPS (highly preferred).

Liaise with patients, specialists, and referring dentists.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and organization in a fast-paced environment.

Help with sterilisation duties.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a dental receptionist is mandatory.

Experience using D4W is essential.

HiCAPS experience is highly preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy practice.

A proactive and team-oriented attitude.

Previous experience as dental assistant preferred.
