About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Practice Manager, or experienced Senior Receptionist to join our dental practices, located in Sydney, NSW. This is a full-time or casual position (3-5 days/week) with the opportunity to work a flexible schedule. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our dental practice and delivering exceptional patient care.

We have two clinics in the Liverpool area where positions are available.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dental practice, including staff management, scheduling, and inventory control

Handling patient enquiries, appointment bookings, and other administrative duties with professionalism and efficiency

Maintaining accurate patient records and financial documentation

Promoting the practice's services and building positive relationships with patients

Assisting with the implementation of practice policies and procedures

Continuously looking for ways to improve the practice's operations and patient satisfaction

Managing patient bookings, taking phone calls & confirming appointments

Welcoming patients to the clinic and ensuring a comfortable & organised experience in the waiting area.

What we're looking for

Relevant experience in a similar role, either as a Dental Practice Manager or Receptionist, at least 1 year of experience will be required.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritise and manage competing demands

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach

Proficiency in using dental practice management software and other relevant computer applications

A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records

A genuine passion for the dental industry and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care

A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
