Our client is one of Australia's leading Private Commercial Builders with extensive operations in the Victorian State, delivering diverse projects $1M - $100M +.

Due to continued success they require an experienced Site Manager to join the team. First project being a $25M institutional/leisure project including new build ammenities.

Position

As no 1 on site you will have complete control of all on site construction activities including managing on site team, coordinating sub contractors, through to overall on site delivery.

With strong planning skills including short range program, you will be a hands on, forward thinking Site Manager, who enjoys problem solving, combined with assertive leadership, good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Safety will be of paramount importance in this live site environment, with you being well supported with strong systems and appropriate level of resources.

Experience

Previous Site Management experience must include the construction of institutional, schools and or commercial projects to $15M plus with a reputable Commercial Builder. Live site experience in a sports facility, school, university, hospital or similar is a must. Swimming pool or water holding concrete structure experience is desirable, although not essential.

Experience of Procore & MS Project computer systems is also advantageous. Strong computer skills are essential.
