Infinity Coordination & Supports is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Quality & Compliance Officer to oversee and manage our compliance responsibilities across all NDIS and SSRC service areas. ๐ Part-time โ 3 days per week, onsite in Albury-Wodonga.
The Role:
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Quality & Compliance Officer plays a critical role in ensuring that Infinity Coordination & Supports maintains the highest standards of compliance with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and relevant state legislation. This position is responsible for implementing and monitoring quality systems, managing risk, and ensuring our staff are equipped to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care.
Your responsibilities will include:
โ Acting as the Authorised Program Officer (APO) to ensure restrictive practices are reported and monitored in line with state legislation
๐ Overseeing and maintaining NDIS and SSRC compliance, including adherence to relevant practice standards and reporting obligations
โ ๏ธ Leading risk management strategies across the organisation
๐จ Coordinating and managing incident reporting and investigations, including reportable incidents to the NDIS Commission
๐ฆบ Managing and monitoring Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) frameworks
๐ Developing and implementing staff training programs aligned with NDIS requirements and industry best practice
๐ Supporting internal audits and driving a culture of continuous quality improvement
This role is key in safeguarding the rights of our participants and ensuring our workforce is fully supported to meet compliance obligations.

What Youโll Bring:
โ Demonstrated experience in a quality, compliance or risk role, ideally within the disability, health, or community services sector
๐ง Strong understanding of NDIS Practice Standards, restrictive practices, behaviour support plans, and incident management protocols
๐ Qualifications (cert IV or higher) in a related field (Disability, Health, Social Work, WHS, or Quality Management)
๐ฌ Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with staff and external stakeholders
๐ High-level organisational and problem-solving skills, with an eye for continuous improvement
๐ก A proactive mindset, with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
Essential Requirements:
๐ NDIS Worker Screening clearance
๐ง Working with Childrenโs Check (WWCC)
๐ Valid driver's licence
๐ Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including booster, if applicable)
