The successful candidate will need a blend of interpersonal, communication, and organistional skills, along with an understanding of the relevant National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) standards and compliance processes or have a willingness to undertake training.
The Quality and Compliance Officer would be involved in ensuring compliance with the NDIS audit accreditation cycle, keeping abreast of changing legislation requirements in compliance. Is responsible for maintaining Miroma Inc's document management systems and also manage and update policies and procedures consistent with Quality Assurance Work Health and Safety and the relevant guidelines ensuring robust systems and practices are maintained. Monitor the risk register, and manage any variances, risks and or change. Prepare and submit timely and appropriate reports to the EO and or relevant bodies as requested.
