Retail Operations & Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Paddington
Hours: Wed–Fri 9am–5pm, Sat 10am–4pm, Sun 11am–3pm
Salary: $60,000–$65,000 + Super
Our client is looking for a proactive and organised individual to join their team as a Retail Operations & Customer Service Coordinator. This hands-on role is responsible for the smooth daily running of their retail Jewellery store, located in Paddington, including stock control, order fulfilment, and delivering exceptional customer service both in-store, online and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Open/Close store
Ensure store presents to brand standards
Provide authentic customer service experience
Manage stock levels, conduct stocktakes, and replenish inventory
Process and pack online and wholesale orders with quality control
Respond to customer emails and manage returns
Support PR, events, and promotions as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in retail operations or customer service
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident using Shopify, Slack, and Excel
Eye for detail and ability to work independently
