About the role
Waste Options is seeking a full-time Customer Service / Operations professional to join our team based in Penrith, NSW. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operations of our waste management business. With a focus on building strong client relationships, you will be the voice of our company, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of care and support.

What you'll be doing

Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email (multiple inboxes), and other communication channels

Managing the administration and customer service for all accounts

Assisting with the coordination of waste collection and disposal services between our customers and contractors

Maintaining detailed records and documentation of customer interactions

Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

Collaborating with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery

Providing administrative support as needed

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience in a customer service/ operations or call centre role, preferably from a face pace environment call centre

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

General administration duties

A positive, energetic, and customer-centric attitude
