Junior Property Manager - Brunswick

Due to growth of the rent roll one of our Senior Property Managers is looking to train and support a Junior Property Manager to take over part of their portfolio and learn to have a portfolio of their own in future.

Work Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm with occasional weekends as required, with local parking on site, phone/laptop and tools of the trade provided.

Role would ideally suit someone with 6+ months real estate experience in an leasing or reception or ideally assistant property manager role who is looking to take the next step, but may be open to entry level with real estate certificate.

JOB DUTIES:
- Work under a Property Manager, helping them with workload (training provided)
- Learning to do condition reports and inspections, compliance etc
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries etc
- Deal with tenants and owners, and using PropertyMe systems
- Learn to manage your own portfolio in future

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property (required)
- Property Management Experience or real estate experience / knowledge (not essential)
- Well presented and good admin and spoken skills
