Real Estate Group, a growing and dynamic agency, is on the lookout for a Junior

Property Manager to join our Point Cook team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a supportive team and take

ownership of building and managing a property portfolio from the ground up.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Help establish and grow a residential property portfolio in the Point Cook

area.

• Manage daily property tasks: leasing, inspections, maintenance coordination,

and tenant communication.

• Conduct open for inspections, routine condition reports, and follow up with

prospective tenants.

• Maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants through

excellent communication and problem-solving.

• Ensure compliance with relevant residential tenancy laws and company

standards.

About You:

• 1–2 years of experience in property management or real estate.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work both

independently and within a team.

• Current VIC Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.

• Valid Agents Representative Certificate.

• Mandarin language skills will be highly regarded.
