Looking to expand a busy and very professional team with a new role in property management. Working in a team of around 6, this opportunity will allow the successful candidate to work alongside senior property managers who provide mentoring and training, in all aspects of property management.

This role would be ideal for those looking to secure a role in real estate or those working on reception, leasing or assistant property management within real estate, but ready and keen to make a move with a new company with genuine career growth.

Condition Reports

Routine Inspections

Relief Reception

Lease Agreements

Collecting Property Files

General Property Management Support and Administration

The role is offered Monday to Friday with every second Saturday for inspections, with time off in lieu for Saturday work. The property management team uses Property Me.

This office specialises in real estate in the Bayside area and has excellent procedures, as well as the most up to date technology and software to provide as much support for their team as possible.

The team provides such a friendly and welcoming approach and the portfolios are very well looked after. The Director provides a great culture from the top down. Salary will be to $55k to $65k + super depending on experience. An Agents Representative Certificate is required for this position.
