The Role - You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of 80–100 properties, comprising commercial offices, small retail spaces, and light industrial sites. This is a hands-on role with the autonomy to run your portfolio while being supported by a collaborative and experienced team.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of commercial, retail, and industrial properties
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears management
• Coordinate maintenance and compliance
• Prepare budgets and financial reporting
• Work closely with directors and team members on strategic improvements

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years’ experience in commercial property management
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• A proactive and client-focused approach
• Knowledge of relevant legislation
• Current property management registration/license
