A snapshot of your role….

· Answer any incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate point of contact

· Log any incoming service requests and create a service job on the system, ensuring all relevant records are kept up to date

· Manage the company inbox, addressing to any customer queries or field them to correct point of contact

· Gather necessary information from customers about their concerns to inform technicians of the issue

· Offering a high level of customer service, ensuring users are satisfied with the resolution process
