The Terminus Hotel North Fitzroy is on the lookout for an experienced and energetic Functions Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This hands-on role is key to delivering seamless, memorable events — from the moment they're handed over by our sales team to the final farewell.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end coordination of all functions and events
Work as a pivotal member of the Venue Management Team
Ensure event styling, ambiance, and cleanliness are consistently high
Provide regular reporting to management and stakeholders
Maintain and improve function SOPs and execution standards
About You:
Proven experience coordinating functions in a fast-paced hospitality venue
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Proactive problem-solver with excellent communication
Tech-savvy with AV systems (or willing to learn)
Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences
