About the Role:
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and delivery of services to ensure compliance, quality, and client satisfaction. You'll play a key leadership role in supporting our team, improving operational efficiency, and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support a team of coordinators and frontline staff

Monitor service delivery and implement improvements

Ensure compliance with NDIS and other relevant regulations

Oversee rostering, scheduling, and resource allocation

Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with CareForce values

Report on KPIs, budgets, and operational performance

Collaborate with clients, families, and stakeholders to ensure person-centered care

About You:

Strong leadership and people management skills

Experience in the disability, community, or aged care sector (NDIS knowledge highly regarded)

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

A passion for improving the lives of others

Required:

Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, business, or management (or equivalent experience)

Current driver's license

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Working with Children Check
