Façade/Finishes Site Supervisor

An established construction company with a strong reputation in the industry is seeking experienced Site Supervisor's to lead façade and internal/external finishes packages on mid- to high-rise residential projects across Sydney. The company has a supportive team culture and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the on-site coordination of trades and labour to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality construction work.

Manage the delivery of your designated project area to meet program, budget, and quality expectations.

Implement and maintain all OHS protocols in line with internal policies and legal requirements.

Plan and manage materials, equipment logistics, and subcontractor scheduling.

Keep accurate daily site records including activities, inductions, meetings, and progress reports.

Interpret plans, drawings, and specifications and ensure they are followed on site.

Perform quality checks and verify work completion before processing contractor payments.

Proactively manage and minimise defects, with regular reporting on defect status.

Be willing to utilise your hands-on trade skills where needed to support site progress.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 + years’ on-site supervisory experience in mid- to high-rise residential construction.

In-depth knowledge of the National Construction Code, Australian Standards, and construction methodology.

Strong understanding of facade systems and internal finishes.

Demonstrated ability to maintain OH&S compliance across all site activities.

Proficiency in using site management and reporting technology.

Broad knowledge of materials, trades, and construction sequencing.

High attention to detail and a drive for quality assurance.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage teams and subcontractors effectively.

Willingness to work across various sites within the Sydney.
