Are you an experienced real estate professional with a passion for operations, training, and driving business efficiency? We are on the lookout for a proactive, energetic and detail-oriented Client Support Manager to join our clients growing national team.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a respected real estate network, where you'll play a critical role in supporting new and existing offices across Queensland. Your mission will be to help businesses thrive through streamlined administration, tailored training, and smart system implementations.
About the Role
As the QLD Client Support Manager, you will be a key player in onboarding and supporting franchise offices, providing hands-on training in business systems and processes, and helping elevate the performance of administration teams. This role blends one-on-one coaching with group training and requires a confident communicator who can empower others while also taking direction.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and guide administrative and management staff on internal systems, tools, and operational best practices
  • Support the setup and induction of new offices, ensuring productivity from day one
  • Help develop and implement office policies, procedures, and efficiency improvements
  • Assist with the rollout of new products and services across the network
  • Create and refine administrative systems to drive consistency and effectiveness
  • Contribute to the development of a network-wide policy and procedures manual

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales administration
  • Strong understanding of office operations within a residential real estate environment
  • Current Real Estate certification
  • Impeccable phone manner and corporate presentation
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with the ability to teach and lead
  • Reliable car and driver’s licence required
