The Role
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and flexible Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. The role involves supporting clients with daily living activities, personal care, community participation, and implementing behaviour support strategies where required.

Please note:
We are especially looking for staff who are willing to work short, split shifts, often required to meet the individual needs of our clients. Example shift patterns may include 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM and 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

Provide person-centred care and support

Assist with personal care, mealtime, and domestic duties

Support clients to access the community and attend appointments

Accurately document daily progress and incidents

Follow client-specific support plans and behaviour strategies

Passionate about making a positive impact in people’s lives

Flexible and available for split shifts

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable and self-motivated

Ability to work independently and in a team

Essential Requirements

NDIS Worker Screening Check

First Aid & CPR Certificate

Working With Children Check (WWCC)

Valid Driver’s License and own reliable vehicle

Manual Handling and Medication Administration (or willingness to obtain)

Experience supporting clients with Autism, complex behaviours, or mental health (desirable)
