Scope of the role includes but is not limited to:

Manage property marketing activities, including creating and editing promotional materials using Canva templates.

Oversee and implement property campaign checklist’s from listing’s through to settlement’s ensuring every step is completed on time and to a high standard.

Coordinate and make our settlement & other and send out anniversary cards/letters, magnets, etc making sure our clients feel valued long after the sale.

Utilise various real estate software and platforms (Eagle CRM, Realworks, Canva, RP Data, DocuSign, Dropbox) on Apple Mac systems to manage listings, documents, form’s and communications effectively.

Manage and respond to emails in collaboration with the Principal, handling daily correspondence promptly and professionally.

Book, confirm, and organise appointments in the calendar and CRM, keeping the team’s schedule running smoothly.

Prepare and send all required legal forms and contracts (e.g. Form 6, sale contracts, Form 9, Form 10) with accuracy and attention to detail.

Call clients as instructed by the Principal

Must be a great communicator and team player

Manage, edit and perform social media checks/edits

Book and confirm photography, videography and sign ordering

About You (Skills & Experience)

Real Estate Certification: Current Real Estate Sales Registration Certificate (required).

Experience: 6 months–2 years in a similar real estate administrative or sales support role.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly, professional demeanour in all client and team interactions.

Organisational Skills: Outstanding organisational and time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in paperwork, scheduling, and follow-up.

Initiative: Proactive and resourceful, able to anticipate needs and resolve issues to keep the process moving smoothly.

Tech Proficiency: Tech-savvy with strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly (or familiar with Eagle, Realworks, RP Data, DocuSign, Canva, Dropbox is a plus).

Apple Experience: Comfortable using Apple Macintosh computers and associated software in a work setting.

Team Player: A positive team player with a can-do attitude, ready to support colleagues and contribute to collective success.
