Position Overview:
As an Assembly Technician, you will play a vital role in the assembly and quality assurance of our products. You will collaborate closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Join a growing team that is creating innovative new products. This is a full-time permanent position, with daily attendance required to our facilities in Hallam.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in building our second manufacturing facility from the ground up.

Assemble electromechanical components and products according to specifications and work instructions.

Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Collaborate with team members to enhance assembly processes and efficiency.

Document and report discrepancies or defects in materials or workmanship.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A high school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.

Proven experience in assembly or manufacturing, ideally in high-volume industries such as automotive or appliances.

A strong work ethic and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.

Familiarity with hand tools and basic mechanical concepts.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
