About the roles

Assembler

Currently Pathfinder is looking to expand its production team with multiple positions available.

You will be working as part of our skilled team to assemble our range of CNC cutting machinery. There are roles available within the final assembly, mechanical sub-assembly, fabrication & final assembly lines.

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Assembler to perform hands-on assembly work on a variety of components and products. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing and be confident using a range of hand tools in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Skills and experience

To be a successful candidate for these various roles you will have worked in a manufacturing environment, that included the below:

Previous experience as an assembler or in a similar hands-on role

Confident and experienced with hand tools

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to read and follow basic drawings or instructions

Physically fit and capable of manual handling

Team player with a positive and proactive attitude

Leading Hand

Are you a hands-on leader with a strong background in manufacturing? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to motivate a team to deliver top-quality results? We’re looking for an experienced Leading Hand to join our dynamic team and help drive performance and efficiency on the factory floor.

Proven experience as a Leading Hand or similar role in manufacturing

Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and workplace safety

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve on the fly

Reliable, punctual, and highly motivated
