About the Role

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead a major end-to-end Payroll system implementation, integrating with Oracle HCM.

You will play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless transition from the existing centralised Oracle HCM platform to a new Payroll system.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of a new Payroll system, ensuring successful integration with Oracle HCM.
• Own project planning, governance, and execution, including RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management.
• Liaise and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors/partners to deliver outcomes.
• Drive project delivery independently with minimal oversight - looking for someone proactive and self-motivated.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, ensuring expectations are aligned and issues are resolved swiftly.
• Work closely with HR and IT teams to align payroll processes with business needs.
• Some interstate travel may be required during critical phases of the project.

About You

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Payroll system implementations, ideally with Oracle HCM or Workday integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - you're a great listener and a trusted leader.
• Strong background in project governance including RAID logs, reporting, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team player, while confidently leading initiatives and engaging diverse stakeholders.
• A self-starter mindset - you take ownership and drive delivery without needing step-by-step guidance.
