About the company/role:
Our client is a leader in the field of medical devices and as the organisation grows rapidly, they have opportunities to work on a new project. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to provide support to the Project Managers to ensure the project is delivered on time and in budget.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide support to the Project Manager to maintain project timelines
• Compile Room Data Sheets for current facility and develop new Room Data Sheets for new site
• Assist with coordinating, investigating and compiling technical requirements, including documentation
• Develop and manage the New HQ Sharepoint page - updating documents, news pieces and information
• Support with preparation of reports and slides for presentations, meetings and reports
• Support the planning and move during the final phases of the project

Skills & Experience:

• Experience with project management
• Ability to work well within a cross functional team
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
