Invest Blue has an exciting opportunity for a full-time IT Systems Administrator to join our team in one of our 31 locations. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing support to 500+ users in coordination with a Managed Services Provider (MSP). Reporting to the Head of IT, this role involves oversight, management, and ethical governance of multiple Microsoft 365 tenancies, and coordinating improvements/projects with both internal stakeholders and an external IT Team (MSP).
The role involves stakeholder engagement, project involvement and coordination, change management, cyber risk reporting and mitigation, assessment and assistance with facilitation of merging businesses and assistance on integration with ancillary services to Invest Blue’s cloud infrastructure.

Key role responsibilities:
IT Systems Management: Provide direction and insight toward the management, maintenance, and upgrades of IT systems to ensure seamless operation for Invest Blue.
Business Assessment and Support: assist with onsite and remote assessment of incoming/merging businesses, including onsite IT cutover support when required.
Information Management and Data Security: Support good information management processes and data security. Ensure ethical access to systems; review and produce reports to demonstrate cybersecurity compliance and assist decision making.
Stakeholder Coordination: Assist in coordinating both internal and external stakeholders to ensure ongoing service delivery and continued uptime of the business.
Risk Management and Reporting: Proactively manage and report to the Head of IT on risks inherent with data security, cyber protections, infrastructure stability, systems, and processes relating to on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
Desired Skills and Experience
- At least two years’ experience working on an IT Helpdesk (internal or MSP)
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma of Information Technology or equivalent (favourable).
- Exposure to configuration and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 Suite and utilisation of help desk management and remote management tools.
- Exposure to laptop hardware replacement and repair, enterprise workstation deployment and configuration, troubleshooting client network connectivity issues, and understanding of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Group Policy.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Standard background checks include but are not excluded to criminal history, bankruptcy, ASIC.
Remuneration package offered ranges between $85,000 – $97,000 inclusive of superannuation, dependent on level of education and experience.
