Your opportunity
You will be a part of a fun, upbeat department willing to go the extra mile for each other and our customers. You will be available to work on a rotating roster within our call center which operates from 7am - 7pm.
- Working within a fast paced National Customer Service Centre
- Resolving queries around financial products & services.
- Liaise with other departments to find solutions for customer queries
- Provide quality interactions with customers either by phone or email.
You will bring to this role…
- Financial Services experience in customer service with the skills to manage multiple relationships.
- Ability to persuade others with a focus on outstanding customer experience in an inbound contact centre environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail & have a can-do attitude.
- Financial acumen would be advantageous with the ability understand the customer needs.
