About the company/role:
Our client is a leader in the field of medical devices and is very close to the launch of a new product. We are looking for a Facilities and Lab Services Lead to manage day-to-day lab operations and team coordination. The coordinator will ensure laboratory and manufacturing environment meets the required regulatory, operational and business standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Support the Facilities Manager with laboratory fit-out activities and asset management projects
• Coordinate the day-to-day management of laboratory operations and facilities
• Manage calibration schedules, servicing, and maintenance of equipment
• Maintain documentation, QMS processes, and SOPs
• Ensure the labs meet the required regulatory and operational standards
• Support the Manager to oversee chemical management, PPE practices, and PC1/PC2 lab compliance
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, external contractors, and lab equipment suppliers

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in the implementation and maintenance of quality management in the laboratory
• Experience developing and implementing protocols, procedures and guidelines in research facilities or laboratory environments
• Strong computer skills and great attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
