Established in 2012 and headquartered in Thomastown Victoria, the company operates as a fully integrated food manufacturing business within the Australian fitness sector.

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified logistics analyst who can work within a dynamic and high performing environment.

Key duties will include but not limited to:

· Analyse supply chain and logistics data to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements.

· Perform regular inventory assessments and generate reports to track stock levels, address discrepancies, and support effective inventory management.

· Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure stock availability aligns with operational needs.

· Foster strong working relationships with internal departments and external vendors to enhance coordination and service delivery.

· Evaluate and enhance logistics and supply chain workflows by identifying opportunities for process optimization, procedural refinement, and operational innovation.

· Coordinate with internal teams and external logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient transportation and delivery of goods.

· Manage sales order processing, ensuring accurate maintenance of data related to products, vendors, and pricing structures.

· Provide training and continuous support to store managers, franchise partners, and team members on logistics and supply chain protocols.

· Contribute to the creation of standard operating procedures, logistics manuals, and supply chain improvement plans.

· Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including documentation management, and liaise with freight forwarders and suppliers to ensure smooth movement of goods.

Key Requirements:

· Master of Business in Supply Chain specialization

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in relevant field is required

· Skilled in using inventory management software and systems for effective stock control and reporting.

· Proven ability to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.

· Strong communication skills and grace under pressure
