We are seeking a self motivated individual to complement our IT department.

The role will be full-time, 5 days per week and may involve weekend shifts.

The role will be based on site.

The successful applicant will have:

Currently studying, and or holding relevant tertiary education.

Moderate understanding of networking principles.

Desire or currently hold a MCSA exam certificate.

You will have knowledge and experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows.

You will have knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Have excellent problem solving skills.

Have a desire to learn.

Have an ability to work as member of a team, to work unsupervised and to work proactively.

It is important that you have at least 12 months experience in a technical support environment.

Familiar with Android and IOS operating systems

Salary offered: $75,000 to $85,000
