A strategic leadership opportunity exists for an experienced Finance Manager to join a privately owned and scaling business undergoing a period of growth and transformation. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives on commercial engagement, driving performance, and delivering financial insight to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver accurate financial reporting, analysis and performance commentary

Lead all planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management functions

Support commercial and operational teams with real-time financial insights

Maintain compliance with tax, audit, and statutory obligations

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in systems and processes

What We’re Looking For

Demonstrated experience as a Finance Manager or Senior Accountant in a commercial setting

Strong capability in FP&A, management reporting and financial modelling

CPA/CA qualification

Skilled in Pronto or similar ERP/accounting platforms

Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management ability
