Your new role

Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Administrative, revenue and financial support functions using various software systems
• Investigation and resolution of billings and revenue issues for various stakeholders and patients
• Updating and maintaining billings records
• Ensure revenue generation is accurate
• Working closely with various customers, external and internal stakeholders regarding bills, gaps and amounts due to be paid

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong understanding of billings, revenue and accounts receivable processes
  
• Ability to understand and analyse billings and revenue information to ensure accurate revenue due
  
• Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
• Previous experience of hospital, medical or health services related billings processes would be ideal
• Strong systems skills and able to navigate different software programs to maintain accurate data entry and client records
• High attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in line with regulatory requirements
• Good team player
• Pre-employment checks will be required for successful applicants
