An outstanding opportunity for a Collections Officer to join their elite finance team in a temporary capacity. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will have a broad scope of responsibilities including:

Manage and analyse incoming payments, reconciling them with outstanding invoices with precision and efficiency

Lead professional and strategic communications with high-value customers regarding their accounts

Execute targeted collection strategies to secure timely payment of outstanding invoices

Skillfully resolve complex payment disputes while maintaining excellent client relationships

Participate in special finance projects and initiatives as identified by senior leadership

To be considered for this role you will have at least 3-4 years' experience working in collections, ideally within a fast pace high volume environment. You will also have exceptional communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively, a strong attention to detail and enjoy working independently as well as as being part of a collaborative and driven team.
