About the role

Ilma Beach House is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in our stunning beachfront location in Naturaliste, Western Australia. This is a full-time role that will see you leading our restaurant team and ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional hospitality experiences for our guests. Ideally role is to commence at the end of November to have the successful candidate included in some of the key aspects of the operation including the building of their front of house team.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing all front-of-house operations, including staffing, training, and customer service

Managing inventory, cost controls, and financial reporting to drive profitability

Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the guest experience

Fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing requirements

Liaising with the kitchen team to deliver a cohesive and exceptional dining experience

Contributing to the overall business strategy and growth of Ilma Beach House

What we're looking for

Proven track record as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry

Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality

Strong financial management and inventory control experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team

Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations

Innovative mindset and ability to identify and implement process improvements

Tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field is highly desirable
