Enough about us. We are looking for someone who is or could lead the Government Team. As Ashdown grows here and internationally we are looking for someone to lead an amazing team that has a fill rate of over 50%. Their process and contractor care process is envied across the competition. If you are leading a Gov team or a 2ic who is ready to step up read on and call ASAP.

Your duties and responsibilities include:

Lead and manage the recruitment team, setting goals and aims to drive business growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, attending meetings and building partnerships.
Provide exceptional recruitment solutions to clients, managing the end-to-end recruitment process from job brief to placement.
Oversee day to day operations of the business including reporting on recruitment metrics to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
Mentor and develop the recruitment team, providing training and ongoing support.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the industry.

About you
We are looking for a driven, ambitious Recruitment Leader who is enthusiastic about delivering the best service.

Have a strong recruitment background experience in an agency environment preferably in Gov space.
Ability to manage clients and Gov agencies at all levels
Understand how to manage a team, mentor a team, encourage a team and build on it.
We are also very happy to look at someone who wants to step up to the role who has been the 2ic in the Gov team.
