About the Role:

You’ll be the energy and leadership behind a high-performing team, focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences every day. This role is hands-on, high-paced, and high-reward. You’ll be responsible for:

· Leading, mentoring, and developing your team

· Delivering exceptional service in a busy cafe environment

· Managing day-to-day operations – from stock control to rostering

· Working closely with senior leaders to improve processes and grow profit

· Creating a clean, welcoming, and customer-first environment

· Jumping in wherever needed – no task is too small!

What We’re Looking For:

· 2+ years of cafe, restaurant, or retail leadership experience

· A natural leader who builds trust and brings out the best in their team

· Strong customer focus with a passion for quality and service

· Organised, energetic, and calm under pressure

· Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
