We are seeking a capable and passionate person to be Centre Director in purpose built, family owned 60 place child care centre in Sydney's beautiful east.
Must have Centre Director experience, an approved Diploma of Children's Services or Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood and leadership experience.

Responsibilities include:

Lead, manage and motivate a team of educators

Rostering

Administrative duties including but not limited to app usage, emails, accounts and enrolments

Liaising with families

Guiding educators professional development and performance

Ensuring an inclusive, supportive and educational environment for all children

Mentoring staff

Involved in marketing the service (alongside marketing team)

Organising informal events for the centre

Maintaining and assuring the high quality of the service in consideration of the NQS

Excellent knowledge of the EYLF
