Mini Me Early Learning Centres is thrilled to announce a new leadership position for our Centre Director and ECT role in our centre in Busby! We are excited to be delivering the highest standards of care and education to our new community, and we are in search of a passionate leader to join our team.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to assume the role of Centre Director on a full-time basis. As the Centre Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the centre's operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality childcare and educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Educators, ensuring adherence to the service philosophy, policies, and procedures.

Provide guidance and support to staff, fostering a collaborative and enriching environment.

Take on the role of the Responsible Person in Charge at the service.

Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children, staff, and volunteers.

Train and support staff in understanding and implementing the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Ensure staff fulfill all aspects of their job descriptions.

Provide ongoing support to the management team in administrative procedures, curriculum development, and staff professional development.

Promote the service to the community and ensure optimal center occupancy.

Contribute to the overall success of the center through effective marketing and community engagement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECT) or studying towards this qualification.

Previous experience in centre director role within the early childhood care and education sector.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate.
