We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Live-In Caretaker to join our team at one of our new locations in the heart of Manly Beach. This is a unique opportunity to live and work in one of Sydney's most iconic beachfront locations.

About the Role:

• Daily cleaning of common areas such as the foyer, lifts, and pool.
• Managing and supervising all maintenance activities using MYBOS building management software.
• Light handyman duties including minor repairs and maintenance.
• Coordinating with contractors, ensuring licenses and insurances are up to date.
• Handling after-hours emergencies and urgent maintenance callouts.
• Monitoring and managing building access control, key, and CCTV systems.
• Reporting and ensuring compliance with building standards and safety regulations.

• Accommodation: Included in the package is a beautiful one-bedroom apartment on-site.
• Hours: 38 hours per week. Standard hours are Monday to Friday (7 hours daily), with additional 3 hours spread over the weekend for some essential tasks.
• Responsibilities:

Key Qualifications:

• Experience in building management or similar roles.
• Proficiency in using Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (preferably MYBOS).
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Basic handyman skills are advantageous.
• Ability to handle emergencies and maintain confidentiality.
