Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the childcare centre

Support the Director in implementing educational programs and activities

Manage administrative tasks such as staff scheduling, enrolments, and compliance

Foster positive relationships with staff, families, and the local community

Ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education

Previous experience with Xplor

Proven experience in a childcare management role

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Passion for creating engaging and enriching learning experiences for children
