What You’ll Do:

Leasing Responsibilities:

Schedule and host open homes and private inspections

Respond to rental enquiries and assist tenants in finding their ideal home

Deliver exceptional service to prospective tenants and represent our agency with professionalism and care

Field & Inspection Duties:

Assist with entry condition reports, routine inspections (only if required as back up), and exit inspections

Attend properties for maintenance checks or to provide access to trades

Pick up and drop off keys as needed

Ensure inspections are conducted with precision and reports are detailed and accurate

Any other duties as directed by the Team Leader or Director

Experience:

Ideally, you will have at least 6 months of experience in a real estate or property-related role. However, if you're a quick learner, tech-savvy, love customer service, and are passionate about real estate, we encourage you to give it a crack—we’ll support the right attitude with the right training.
