This position requires an individual that can operate with a high level of autonomy and be responsible to our valued Clients to successfully lease their properties.

The role includes:

- Viewing Appointments

- Phone Communication with Clients

- Onboarding Appointments with Tenants

- Preparing Marketing of Properties

- Oversee admin work of our Offshore Assistant (applications / lease documentation)

- Administration and email communication as required

Selection Criteria

Demonstrated achievement in administration is essential

High level of organisation and excellent time management

A genuine interest in people and exceptional communication skills

Hardworking, enthusiastic and self motivated

A commitment to continual improvement, innovation and learning
