About This Role: This is a full-time position with a fixed schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. You’ll be part of a small, dedicated team delivering exceptional coffee to private clients in a consistent and high-quality service environment. What You’ll Be Doing

Preparing and serving high-quality specialty coffee with consistency and care.

Providing outstanding customer service, creating a welcoming and friendly café atmosphere.

Ensuring efficient workflow during peak service times, managing high-volume coffee service.

Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the café.

Operating and maintaining espresso machines and grinders to ensure optimal performance.

Assisting with stock management, including ordering and restocking coffee supplies.

Collaborating with the team to enhance the overall customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

At least 2 years of barista experience in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Strong coffee-making skills, including dialing in espresso, milk texturing, and latte art.

Passion for specialty coffee and an understanding of industry best practices.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
