What we’re looking for:

Experience in specialty coffee or past paced enviornments\ with 6kg+ daily (bonus points for latte art skills!)

A genuine passion for people and hospitality

A team player who thrives under pressure

Someone who loves early starts and a good laugh before 9am

Fluent English speaker with great communication skills, hold conversations and small talk with customers

Thorough understanding of espresso extraction, able to calibrate to optimal flavour through out shift for consistency

Is Reliable, well-presented and positive attitude and vibe
